Health Coaching

Health and wellness coaching is life coaching that focuses on health goals and overall wellness.

Health is determined by symptoms, observations by a licensed healthcare provider, and health measurements.

Wellness is how one thinks about one's health and the psychophysiological factors contributing to it. Wellness is integral to health.

At Living the Sound Life, we provide 1:1 coaching, focusing on the client's goals and six dimensions of wellness: emotional, physical, intellectual, occupational, social, and spiritual, with an emphasis on stress relief.

Neuromeditation &
Neurofeedback

Neuromeditation is neurofeedback-guided meditation. Neurofeedback utilizes established noninvasive technology that monitors electrical signals coming from the scalp and provides feedback in the form of visual and auditory cues to reach the desired brain state.

Neuromeditation and neurofeedback can improve mental clarity and decrease stress-related emotions, building resilience, promoting focus, and improving decision-making skills.

Sound Meditation

Sound meditation is music composed for relaxation that efficiently and effectively elicits the relaxation response. It involves sitting or lying comfortably, closing the eyes, breathing normally, and listening through a headset (noise-canceling headphones or earbuds work best). Sound meditation is a beautiful way to rest the mind, release tension, soothe emotions, and improve health.
