Meet Alison, your board-certified health and wellness coach
Alison has an M.S. in applied psychophysiology, the science of mind-body medicine. She is a classically trained musician, board-certified in health and wellness coaching with certificates in stress management education, and hypnosis.
Alison lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida with her husband and two dogs. She has two adult daughters who, thankfully, visit often. In her free time, Alison enjoys the area's music, art, beaches, and outside activities.
Alison attributes feeling good to nourishing activities like daily prayer, meditation, reading, exercise, and eating delicious and nutritious food.
